Deputy Commander, Fleet Operations (DCFO)
The elected Deputy Commander is the assistant manager of the Phoenix Fleet. He\She handles
such matters as promotion boards, awards committees, conference site selection, and the
Admiralty agenda just to name a few. He/She represents the CINC - Flt. OPS when necessary.
This officer is second in command.

Director of Cadet Affairs
The Office of Cadet Affairs - Looking to "Star Trek: The Future Generation" the Director of Cadet Affairs oversees programs for UFPI members 16 years and below. This person works for the Deputy Commander-in-Chief. The Director - Office of Cadet Affairs is charged with creating and overseeing programs for UFPI's youth. If any organization such as ours is to survive, we must always look toward the future, our youth. Creating a program that is both challenging to the mind as well as entertaining for soul is no easy task.
Office of Community Affairs - (Vacant)
This office coordinates UFPI wide community service activities involving the whole organization such as blood drives, pop top collection, and coupon collection efforts.
Director of Memory Alpha

The Memory Alpha Director oversees the fan resource agency of UFPI. The agency is staffed by "experts" in such diverse fan areas as costuming, make-up, modeling, story writing, etc.
Phoenix Fleet Graphics Department
(Vacant)
The Graphics Director designs and produces UFPI wide graphics for certificates and logos and does the layout for such publications as the membership handbook and constitution. He/She also acts as consultant to chapters, and individual members seeking assistance in the development of their own logos and graphics.
