Chief of Fleet Operations (COPS)
This appointed officer is responsible for the daily operations of the Phoenix Fleet. He\She works closely with the chapter commanding officers in assisting chapters to become chartered and in solving chapter concerns and problems. This officer is third in command. Additionally the Chief of Operations serves as Commanding Officer of Starbase Phoenix.
Starbase Phoenix is the primary chapter that all new members are assigned to in order to prepare for advancement within UFPI. A member assigned to Starbase Phoenix may choose to form a new chapter or remain a part of this official UFPI Chapter. During this time it is advisable to begin taking the core Academy courses. Requests of transfer to another chapter should be sent to the Chief of Operations.

As the "Chief Engineer" of the Phoenix Fleet, the appointed Chief of Fleet Construction oversees the creation of new chapters until they become chartered chapters. He/She also serves as the "fan tech" advisor for those chapters and fans interested in starship and installation information, construction, and upgrade. This person is seventh in command.
Office of Technical Information

The Technical Information officer provides information on any technical facet of the trek universe from time lines to ship armaments and provides this information for member fictional use.
Director of Fleet Recruitment
The Director is responsible for both the recruiting and public relations functions of the Phoenix Fleet. The Department will provide initial information about UFPI inquires or in the case of contact with other organizations, directing them to the appropriate agencies for further assistance. The Director publicizes recruiting and other UFPI information in various local, national, and international fan related publications and other media.
