The Chief of Computer Operations is the appointed manager of the membership processing facility and keeper of the UFPI master data base. His\Her responsibilities include assembling and distributing membership materials, and assisting the Chief of Fleet Construction and Chief of Operations in the chapter chartering process. This officer is fifth in command.
