Commander-in-Chief, Fleet Operations (CINC)
This officer is elected and serves a three-year term. He/She serves as the Leader of the Admiralty Board,
the overall manager of the Phoenix Fleet, and the Chief Administrative Officer of UFPI. He/She
is responsible for the ongoing operations of the fan club and supervises the other Admiralty
departments and agencies. This officer is first in command.
CinC Support Staff:
Chief of Staff (COS)
This Director is responsible for the production, revision, and creation of all forms within UFPI. He\She also produces the comprehensive Command Directory for use by the Admiralty. Works with the Manager of Equal Accessibility to translate UFPI's forms into foriegn launguages.
QuarterMaster
The UFPI Quartermaster is responsible for procuring and selling UFPI and if possible, Trek merchandise to UFPI members.
Manager of Equal Accessibility
This Manager reports to the Chief of Staff and assists in the production of membership materials in non standard formats. He\She serves as an Admiralty Board advisor in matters pertaining to member and public accessibility to UFPI materials and communicaitons, and upon request of the Admiralty chapter programs, services, and events. Non standard formats include and are not limited to non-english laguages and audio formats.
Ambassador of Diplomatic Services
Currently this position is held by The Commander, Fleet Operations. This position is the primary Diplomat that communicates and manages relations, accords and partnerships with other fandom organizations and UFPI.
