The Chief of Financial Services is the appointed manager of the fiscal welfare of UFPI. This person shall serve as benefactor and distributor of all UFPI funds under direction of the CINC and is seventh in Command. He/She will be required to submit a profit and loss statement to the UT for publication as determined by the CCOM. This appointed officer is either a Certified Public Accountant or other accounting official, who keeps the club's books, deposits membership dues and other income, and pays the bills. He/She also acts as the financial advisor to both the Commander-in-Chief and the Commanding Officer's Council. This position will advise chapters on accounting systems and how to manage chapter finances when requested by chapter presidents.

This position serves as International Election Supervisor for all elections (except chapter) within UFPI and is the administrator of the Wil Wheaton Scholarship Fund. This fund is an educational support account for UFPI members in need of financial aid. It is awarded each year at summit.
