Leadership Strategy Course is a master's-level leadership course. It is not required to be a member of UFPI to take this course, and is not necessary for Officer status. It is required for those who wish to be chapter CO's and XO's in UFPI, and for those wishing to hold Rank O6 and above. Its purpose is to insure that UFPI chapter leaders are absolutely conversant with the way that UFPI is organized, its expectations, and requirements, as well as cover the information required for the day-to-day command of a chapter.

The more the member know about UFPI and how it works, the better job he will do representing his chapter's membership. The LSC course builds on the information contained in PCC and covers chapter formation, elections, promotion policy, and some Trek philosophy.

It is anticipated that the student enjoy taking this course, and will find it educational and thought provoking.

Prerequisite: PCC Manuals: UFPI Handbook, UFPI Constitution & Bylaws, a copy of the Universal Translator, or the UFPI Key Personnel List Recommended Manual: "Make It So, Leadership Lessons from ST:TNG", by Wess Roberts and Bill Ross
